Column order in the sheet doesn't matter — headers are matched by name.
Editing
- Gear icon = edit mode.
Escape exits it.
- Drag a bookmark to reorder or move it anywhere — folders, subfolders, docks, Pinned, or Quick Links; drag a folder by its header to move it between columns or into a dock.
- Right-click a bookmark to jump it straight to a folder/dock/Quick Links, or set desktop/mobile-only visibility.
- Dashed + Add tile adds a bookmark; + Folder / + Dock add those; small + on a folder adds a subfolder (starts closed); red × deletes.
- Quick Links (top-left) are a real zone — move a bookmark there and it saves/syncs exactly like everything else.
- Search (the filter bar) matches folder and subfolder names too, not just bookmark titles.
- Icon size slider in this panel resizes bookmark tiles everywhere except Quick Links, which stay compact.
Syncing
- Auto-save — every change saves to this browser instantly. Local only, not the sheet.
- Refresh from Sheet — discards local changes, reloads from the sheet.
- Save to Google Sheet — pushes what's on screen to the sheet via your Apps Script.
- Export/Import CSV — manual file-based backup, independent of the sheet link.
Other
- Icons load automatically from each site's URL, with real logos for Gmail/Sheets/Docs/Slides/Drive/Calendar/Keep/Meet.
- Pinned row and both docks stay fixed while you scroll — docks sit a touch higher, both in a plain bordered box.
- A scroll-to-top arrow appears in the bottom-right once you've scrolled down.
- Layout stacks to one column under 980px; tiles shrink and
ShowOn switches at 480px.
- Dark/light mode follows your OS. Accent colour:
